It’s no secret that we are absolutely in love with two gentlemen from New Zealand by the names of Phil and Ted.  How cool are their products?  It’s not just a few either, but ALL OF THEM!  In our opinion the only ones qualified to out-do this dynamic duo are themselves…and they sure have with the Vibe!!!

Phil&teds has done a simply amazing job on their Double Inline Sport Stroller! It’s a fear that I think most of us stylin’ mommas have when upgrading from any of the ever-chic single models out there - that we are officially starting down the road to becoming a candidate for Oprah ’s next “I Let Myself Go” show. With the Phil&teds Double Inline Sport , this no longer becomes an issue. Hooray! (But anyway Oprah , if you are listening, that makeover would still be truly wonderful!)

Luxurious form and unbeatable function in one great package describes this stroller perfectly. It is a brilliant design and the ultimate all-in-one for any chic family on the go. It’s like a Swiss Army Knife met the new Range Rover Sport, and they had a baby stroller together…follow me:)? It incorporates luxury, excellent craftsmanship, uncomparable functionality and a really stylish look.

Specifically, I loved the noticeably comfortable adjustable handle, the smoothness of it’s movement and tight turning radius the most. It really handles so well! I also thought it was so clever how the front wheel locks into place for function as a jogging stroller, and then releases to be the smoothest steering ever!

My very favorite thing about the stroller is it’s unique totally-flat newborn position which is best for babies, while the toddler sits securely on top! This double kit system allows two kids to share the same stroller in many different configurations. Also, an infant car seat can snap in securely with their infant car seat attachment.

With the writers’ strike over and the Oscars quickly approaching, you can rest assured in the fact that although the Best Film is still anyone’s guess, the Best Double Stroller is the Phil&teds Double Inline Sport . If you don’t believe us, just ask Brooke Shields, Jennifer Garner, Gwenyth Paltrow, Christy Turlington, Christian Bale, or Russel Crowe since it is said to be their little ones’ favorite ride around town! It is called the Oko by Italtrike and it is the coolest tricycle ever! The first time that I saw it I really liked it, but after using it and testing it out a little, I love it! Where do I start? The super mod Italian design, its’ great functionality, safety features, or high-quality construction? It’s a very well rounded product and one that you are sure to be very happy with.

One really fun thing about it is that it has replaced our stroller now when we go to the zoo or out on a walk! I can steer it pretty easily and Isabella has a LOT more fun than being strapped into a stroller! I love that this toy will be with us for a while too. The parent handle bar thingie adjusts it’s height for your comfort, but is also removable once they can steer on their own. The seat adjusts for height and the three point safety harness can also be removed completely. One thing that we found about the safety harness is that rather than doing the over-the-shoulders style, I put them around her waist. I think that for really little ones it is more secure.

It comes in blue and orange and is sure to please. It even won the prestigious 2007 Top Toy of the Year honor, in the ride-on category, awarded by Creative Child Magazine ! As stated on www.italtrike.com , “The Oko Tricycle was conceived from a study of child ergonomics and was designed with comfort and safety in mind.” I can attest to the truth of this statement after using ours. They really did a fantastic job! They are one of our Favorite Things, and soon to be one of yours!

Cars are to my husband as strollers are to me. When I was pregnant with Isabella I can remember our conversation going something like “HOW MUCH for WHAT???” I asked him to think of it as our baby’s car and at that point it clicked. Now he completely notices what other babies are driving and is so happy that we went for something reeeally nice:). It’s pretty funny.

So we just bought the new Mini Cooper S. It is gorgeous and we absolutely love it! Despite it’s seemingly teency size it is surprisingly roomy, absolutely luxurious, and it drives like a rocket! Our dilemma came when we realized that our lovely full sized Bertini stroller (think traditional pram) would never even think of fitting in the teeny (and I DO mean tiny) trunk. Enter the Quinny Zapp! It is SO cool, and the quality and value of this product are unbelievable! With all of the accessories that are included (full rain cover, removable canopy, infant car seat adapters, AND travel case) it is an insanely good deal at $240 and I just HAD to tell everyone! It steers with the ease of the Bugaboo, but for like $1,000 less when you consider the accessories that are included. The other big plus is that it has the smallest folded dimensions of any model in it’s class in the world! We’re talking about 2′x10″x10″. It fits in our Mini’s trunk like a glove! It’s like they were made for each other! We are just so happy with it and it definitely gets the Bellaziza Vote!
